1. Booking and Confirmation: To secure an appointment for a dyslexia or dyscalculia assessment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and is applicable to the total cost of the assessment.
2. Payment Method: We accept deposits via [Accepted Payment Methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal]. Payment details and instructions will be provided to you upon booking your assessment appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of the deposit.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your assessment appointment, please notify us at least 7 business days before the scheduled date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. However, if you provide the required notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.
4. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled assessment appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to make a new deposit to schedule a future appointment.
5. Refund Policy: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except if the assessment appointment is canceled by Blossom With Sarah due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the deposit amount.
6. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the assessment fee is due on the day of the assessment. We accept payment via the same accepted methods used for the deposit. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the withholding of assessment results and related documentation.
7. Changes to This Deposit Policy: We reserve the right to modify this deposit policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
